The truth is, I have been thinking about this whole self-awareness thing a lot lately. I’m not sure if I am self-aware or not, but I want to be more aware of the little things that can make all the difference. I’m not sure what I want to be self-aware of, but I’ve been wanting to learn more about this.
This next paragraph is a little more self-aware than the last, but not by much. Because self-awareness is not just about awareness of the world. Self-awareness is a mental state of being able to control your thoughts and actions. Not only do you want to be aware of what you do, but you also want to be aware of the effects of your actions.
Self-awareness is usually a big deal, but not always. When we are aware of the consequences of our actions and the reactions of others, we can more easily be aware of our own actions. Self-awareness is the ability to control our thoughts and actions, and that control is what leads to self-awareness.

This is one of the main lessons that we learned in our “What Does Self-Awareness Really Mean?” series. When we have self-awareness, we’re able to control our thoughts, and that control is what leads to self-awareness. We also learn that the more self-aware we are, the more aware we are of ourselves.

Both of these are the same thing, but one is more conscious of one’s thought patterns and one is more conscious of one’s thoughts.
Thinking in general is also self-aware, as though when you do it you think it. In self-awareness, you can feel what your thoughts are, and you can think them in different ways.

If you’re not careful, your thoughts start to run more like a game, where one player thinks of another player’s thoughts. It’s easy to get wrapped up in this kind of thinking. You’ll say something like, “I’m bored. What should I do?” and then you’ll just do whatever you think of doing.
