I think its a really easy concept to grasp. We are really just holding on to things in our minds until we need them. So while we may not think about it, we can release it when we need something. Its not a bad thing either. If we hold on to something, we tend to hold back more. Because if we release it, it releases us.
We have a tendency to hold on to things because we like them. We like the familiarity of something, and if we no longer like it, we just let it go. The same goes for other things. We don’t need to think about it, we just let it go. We just let it go. We might not even realize it.
For example, I am not going to think about it. I am not even going to think about it until I have to.
Sure, I think about it. I think about it all the time. If I didnt think about it, I wouldn’t remember what the hell I was doing. I am not going to think about it now. I am not even going to think about it until I have to.
So why do we still think about it? There are lots of ways we can still think about it, but the reason we think about it is if it is something that we really want to think about. We can still think about it, but we don’t need to think about it, we still can’t forget it. That’s the difference between thinking about something and remembering it.
The reason we can still think about it is because our brains have evolved to make it easier to remember what we are doing. We are not as primitive as we may think we are.
That’s what makes it so hard for us to stop thinking about it. We’re not as evolved as we may think we are. Because we can’t stop thinking about it, we can’t forget it either. That’s what makes a true memory loss so agonizing.
The fact is that the brain has evolved to make it easy to remember things. It is not a coincidence that the most common cause of dementia in younger people is forgetting. Memory loss is a very common symptom of dementia in older people. The fact that it is often related to age and not a symptom means that we are not the only ones who can forget, yet we are the only one who can remember.

It’s also the most common cause of death in older people, so it’s not as if we’re the only ones who lose their memories.
