I love a good lee chae min and am always on a quest for the perfect type of lee chae. I usually have several of these, and each one is different from the one before it. Some are a bit spicier than others, but all are delicious, and are made with a light, fresh broth and a bit of tamari sauce from the kitchen of the main character.
For me, the chae min is always a bit of a challenge. I tend to either go for the “salty” chae min, which is a bit of a spicy broth with a bit of tamari sauce, or I go for the broth chae min, which is a bit more of a broth with a bit of tamari sauce, and has more of a bite. Of course, sometimes you can’t have both and you have to choose.
I like the broth chae min, but I also like the broth chae min better because it is the broth, not the chae min. Also, I do not like the salty chae min at all. I mean, I like it, but I would rather have a bit of the broth, that way I dont feel like I have to eat so much and the broth doesnt taste like it is too salty.
I think the broth chae min is much better in my opinion because it is the broth, not the chae min. That is, without the chae min you basically have the broth, which is what good broth is about.
