This is a true story. In my first conversation with Jodie, she was asking me what I thought of horses. I said I didn’t know.
That’s because you’re in love with horses.
A horse husband is a man who, like a dog, loves and needs his wife. He is not a man who is a complete and total asshole. He just loves his wife and needs her and is a dick because he loves her.
Ive never heard of a horse husband, but I do like the way she put it.

The definition of a horse wife is a man who is addicted to horses. In other words, he loves horses more than anything. Thats because he loves them more than he loves his wife. And he needs her more than he needs his wife. He is a dick because he needs her more than he needs his wife.
Horses can be very possessive in their way. There’s a reason horses are a good choice for the “domestic” in horse-wife. When he says he wants to build a big horse farm, he means he wants to put in a big barn with a little tack room so he can move his wife out of the house and back to a horse farm.
Horse husband is a nice way to put it.
The fact that he wants to build a big horse farm and put his wife out of the house and back to a horse farm is a good reminder to us that we are in for a long run. And it makes us think about how it has been, and how it will be, and how it will be different this time.
Horse husband, a great thing to think about, and a great thing to build. And by the way, it is also a great sign that we are in for a long run. I mean that literally; we are in for a long run.
