This is one of the things we’ve all gotten wrong about. Honeyracha is made with honey, and the flavor is so strong — it’s strong enough to make you salivate — but you’d never know it’s strong at all.
Honeyracha is a very good example of the types of things that go wrong when we take the “it sounds good enough” route. The thing that makes honeyracha great, though, is that it is a really good thing. It’s a sweet, bitter, salty, milky, and sour thing that you can take and really just be happy with.
Its good to make things that taste good, but when you do thats a problem. Its a problem because even though it tastes good, the fact that the honey is all over the place and everything is a little off makes it taste bad.
