The reason I wanted to write this post is to bring attention to the fact that the majority of our day has little to do with us. All the time we spend worrying about our health, our finances, our relationships, our jobs, our friends, our careers, our hobbies, our dreams, our feelings, our fears, and our goals is just a few minutes of a very short life.
And we spend an inordinate amount of time fretting about everything, from the color of the sky we can ride to the amount of vodka we can drink to the size of our boobs.
In fact, we spend an inordinate amount of time worrying about ourselves. When we don’t spend a lot of time getting in touch with our inner selves we spend our time worrying about everything—about our parents and their relationship, the people we know and don’t know, our jobs, our friends, our families, our feelings, our dreams, our goals, and our emotions.
We spend a lot of time worrying about things that are way too big to worry about. When we think about things so big as our feelings, our dreams, our goals, and our emotions, we spend a lot of time fretting about them. We spend a lot of time worrying about all of these things because the way we think about them is more important than we ever realized.
The funny thing is, worrying isn’t as bad as we think it is. In fact, it’s actually one of the best things we can do to help us cope with our problems. We all, in our own way, have to worry about things that are too big to worry about. But worry has a great payoff. It distracts us from what is really happening in our life and gives us some space to think about the things we actually want in our life.
We worry too much. Too much about things that are really not that important. But when we worry about things we actually want and have to do, then its a lot more bearable to us.
One of our favorite things to do in life is to stop worrying about what is outside. We can also start to spend more time in our own little corner of the world where we can actually focus on what is outside. We can also stop worrying about the things that are really important. We can start to focus on the things that are really important, but also have to be careful about what we actually want.
And we can also stop worrying about things that are really important, but also have to be careful about what we actually want. A lot of the issues we worry about are things we can’t actually control. But when you worry about things you can control, you have to worry about things that you can control. This is where a mindful way of thinking comes into play.
I think a lot of people think that they could control their own feelings, but the reality is that we have to focus to the things that really matter. We have to focus on the things we can control, because we can never control everything. We cannot control our emotions, our thoughts, our words, our actions, and our desires.
There is a lot of advice out there to help us be more mindful. But the one thing that I like to think is crucial is to learn to let go and relax into the moment. We can’t always control our lives, but we can control our reactions to them.
