In order to find out how many hours it takes to work, we use our bodies as a clock. When we work, the amount of activity is determined by how many hours we work.

The key idea in the title is that we use our bodies as a clock. But we’ve also found that the amount of work we put in is not always directly proportional to the amount of time we spend working. We do work, but not in the hours we are supposed to be working (say 10:00, 1:00, 5:00). In fact, we work in a lot of extra time, which is what we call “extra time.

We also find that most of the time we are working extra time (as in, for the other people) we are working less than we are supposed to be and we are also not working as hard as we should be. In fact, a more accurate way to say this would be to say that 80% of the time we are working extra time we are actually working less than we are supposed to be.

This is a bit of a paradox, because the general belief is that most people work the same amount of hours, so we can never go above 80% of the time. However, the reality is that most people work the same amount of hours but they feel as if they work less than they should. The difference is that many people feel that they are working more than they are actually.

If you have been reading this blog for awhile, you may have noticed that I always end these posts with a statistic that says I’ve been working at my usual rate of work. However, the reality of work is that we don’t always work the same amount of hours as we think we do.
